Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions apply to Economy LAB., Ltd. which is operated by Economy LAB., Ltd. (e-commerce operator). The purpose is to define the rights, duties, and responsibilities of the cyber-mall and its users. Internet-related provided by the cyber-mall (hereinafter referred to as the “mall”) In using the service (hereinafter referred to as “service”)

Article 2 (Definition)

  1. “Mall” means Economy LAB., Ltd. goods or to provide services (hereinafter referred to as “goods, etc.”) refers to a virtual business place set up so that goods, etc. can be traded using information and communication facilities such as computers.
  2. “User” means accessing the “mall” and following these terms and conditions. Both members and non-members receive services provided by the “mall”.
  3. A ‘member’ is a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the “mall” and is continuously provided with information from the “mall”, A person who can continuously use the services provided by the “Mall”.
  4. ‘Non-member’ refers to a person who uses the service provided by the “Mall” without registering as a member.

Article 3 (Clear statement and Explanation of Terms and Conditions and Revision)

  1. “Mall” refers to the contents of these Terms and Conditions, the name of the company and the representative, business office, address (including the address of a place where consumer complaints can be handled) phone number · fax number · e-mail address, Business registration number, mail-order business report number, personal information management manager, etc. It is posted on the initial service screen (front) of the Economy LAB., Ltd. cyber-mall so that users can easily find out. However, the contents of the terms and conditions can be viewed by the user through the connection screen.
  2. “Before the user agrees to the terms and conditions, in order for users to understand important details such as withdrawal of subscription, delivery responsibility, refund conditions, etc., a separate connection screen or pop-up screen shall be provided to obtain confirmation from the user.
  3. “Mall” refers to the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., You can amend these terms and conditions to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws such as the Act on the regulation of terms and conditions, Electronic Transaction Framework Act, electronic signature, Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, etc., Act on door-to-door sales, etc. and the Consumer Protection Act.
  4. When the “mall” revises the terms and conditions, the effective date and the reason for the amendment, along with the current terms and conditions, will be announced on the initial screen of the mall from 7 days prior to the effective date to the day before the effective date. However, if the contents of the terms and conditions are changed unfavorably to the user, it will be notified with a grace period of at least 30 days in advance. In this case, the “Mall” clearly compares the contents before and after the revision and displays them in an easy-to-understand manner for users.
  5. If “Mall” amends these terms and conditions, the amended terms and conditions apply only to contracts concluded after the effective date. and the provisions of the pre-modified terms and conditions shall apply to contracts concluded prior to that date. ‘Mall’ within the notice period of the revised terms pursuant to paragraph 3 and with the consent of ‘Mall’ ‘ revised terms will be applied.

Article 4 (Provision of Services and change)

  1. “Mall” performs the following business:
    1. Provision of information on goods or services and conclusion of a purchase contract.
    1. Delivery of goods or services for which a purchase contract has been concluded.
    1. Other businesses determined by the “mall”
  2. In case of the “Mall” of goods or services out of stock or a change in technical specifications etc. the contents of goods or services to be provided may be changed according to future contracts. In this case, the contents of the changed goods or services and the date of a provision shall be specified, and the contents of the current goods or services will be immediately notified to the place where they are posted.
  3. The contents of the service contracted with the user to be provided by the “mall” are sold out of goods, etc. Or, in the event of a change due to a change in technical specifications, etc., the reason is immediately notified to the user.

In the case of the preceding paragraph, the “mall” compensates the user for damages caused by this. However, this is not the case if the “Mall” proves that there is no intention or negligence.
